What it does
Pick how many calisthenics and mobility sessions you want a week, then do any program on any day toward them. Cadence walks you through each one: a timer for the holds, a counter for the reps, a rest between sets, and a figure doing the movement. Every set is kept, so you can see yourself getting stronger.
- Sixteen programs to start from: Calisthenics A, B and C, upper, lower, core, a pull-up bar day and Express 15; flexibility, hips, a desk reset, an evening wind-down and more for mobility; and two daily habits. Change any of them, or make your own.
- Guided sessions. Timers you can pause or stretch by 15 seconds, a rep counter that shows what you did last time, rests that count down, a chime and a buzz as you go, and the screen kept awake.
- A figure for each movement, in 3D you can turn with a drag, or flat where the browser can’t draw 3D. You can swap in your own photo, GIF or video instead.
- A week that bends. A suggested week keeps things moving, but any finished session counts toward its kind, whatever the day. Weeks that meet both goals make a streak, and your best streak stays on show.
- Progress per exercise: your best set or session total over time, with the target range shaded behind it and a table of every session. Three sessions at the top of a range and it offers to raise the target.
- Yours to keep. Export a backup file and import it again on another device.
