What it does

Write each lift the way you’d jot it in a note, squat 3x8 180, grouped into supersets, and tap each set as it’s done. Mark a lift to go up and the next workout starts it heavier. When every set is ticked, the day reads like a note you’d share.

  • Sets in any order. Tap one when it’s done, tap it again for the reps it really took or its own weight. Hold to tick a whole lift. A rest timer starts with each tick.
  • Next time, decided now. A plus beside a lift starts it a step heavier next time (the step it’s learned from your log), a minus a step lighter.
  • Last time, beside the sets: what you did, and what moved since.
  • Accessories on the side. Curls and face pulls go under accessories: logged like the rest, but the day’s done when the main lifts are. Swipe a lift to move it out of a superset, into one, or between the two.
  • Bring your log in. Paste your notes (in English, German, Spanish, French or Dutch), or choose a file: a Strong, Hevy or FitNotes export, or a spreadsheet or whole workbook kept your own way. It shows how it read every line before anything is added.
  • Progress, plainly: each lift’s heaviest set, one-rep max and volume as small charts, a tap reading any day, and the muscles worked this week.
  • An exercise library of 876, with how-tos and the muscles each works, to check what a lift is or pick another.
  • Light, dark or your phone’s, and it works offline in the gym’s basement.
